La denuncia se\u00f1ala que la AFA habr\u00eda retenido tributos como IVA, Ganancias y aportes previsionales sin depositarlos en los plazos correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n abarca el per\u00edodo entre marzo de 2024 y septiembre de 2025 y el monto analizado supera los 19.300 millones de pesos. En la causa tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n involucrados otros dirigentes, entre ellos el tesorero Pablo Toviggino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapia present\u00f3 un escrito ante el juez y no respondi\u00f3 preguntas.
